The UW-Madison Russian Flagship Center is directed by professor Karen Evans-Romaine, with Dr. Dianna Murphy and Dr. Anna Tumarkin. The program is coordinated by Laura Marshall. The Russian Flagship Program is possible thanks to the contributions of many faculty, staff and graduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Please see the links to the left to learn more about who we are and what we do!

The UW-Madison Russian Flagship is a collaborative initiative of the UW-Madison Department of Slavic Languages and Literature  and the Language Institute, with the Center for Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia, and the Doctoral Program in Second Language Acquisition
